In case of any software purchase is made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the equipment provided, or not following the suggestions and tutorials by birdboxtv.net provided on the members portion of this website – the particular order/s will be canceled whatsoever and https://www.birdboxtv.net will not be liable to pay any refund to you for any defective equipment or liable for any damaged or Non-functioning electronic equipment to your personal equipment or any personal harm to you or any others as a result in all such cases.

METHODS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND?

We will refund your amount to the original payment method, once it has been processed.

REFUND CYCLE

The complete refund process normally takes about 3-7 working days from the date of confirmation of the refund.

This is a month to month agreement with no long term contracts. If at any time you are not satisfied with the consultant service birdboxtv.net provides, you can cancel anytime. If the cancelation is requested by the customer, the auto payment will be stopped once all original equipment is returned to bird box tv in working order. Once bird box tv receives the equipment back, all future auto payments will be stopped.
